AIR FORCE CANTERBURY SNOCROSS GETS ADDITIONAL RACE
PROS AND SEMI-PROS TO RUN DOUBLE NATIONAL

WHITE BEAR LAKE, Minn. (Feb. 1, 2007) — A second national race has been added to the WPSA PowerSports Snowmobile Tour Air Force Canterbury Snocross at Cantebury Park in Shakopee, Minn. The event, Rounds 8 and 9 of the 10-race Tour, will run March 2-4 at the suburban Twin Cities horseracing track.

The race will feature two complete shows for both the Semi-Pro and Pro Classes, making it the only event of its type on the 2006-2007 schedule.

“We couldn’t have asked for a better place to hold a double national event,” said PowerSports Entertainment, Inc. CEO Rick Murphy. “Canterbury has a special place in the hearts of our riders, our team owners and our staff, and we’re excited about running two complete shows right in our own backyard.”

Snowmaking has been taking place for the last month and will continue throughout February.

“Earlier this month, our snowmaking crews took the opportunity make large piles of snow in anticipation of the event,” said PowerSports Entertainment Executive Vice President of Operations Kent Lungstrom. “They will continue their efforts for the next several weeks and we expect to have more than enough snow to put on a world-class and unique racing event.”
