In the 80’s and 90’s the names Sparks, Duncan, LRD and CT Racing were commonly heard around the track and were the guys behind the engines to most of the top riders.  Although these companies are still in business, there is a new breed of engine builders out there now that are starting to turn heads, none more so than Rage ATV. One of the big differences among Rage and the rest of the companies is how involved the Manshack family is in racing.  Dee is the owner of Rage ATV, his wife Michele manages Splendora MX track and daughter Megan is one of the brightest stars of women’s MX racing.  I sat down with the Manshack family to find out how racing has affected there lives and what plans each have for the future.
